What's working in Phase 2

• The interactive RagBrain hero canvas (vanilla JS, ~140 lines, no Three.js dependency).
• Rotating tagline with first-three-visit weighting (anchor → verb → exclusivity), then random.
• Live "RAGBRAINS ACTIVE" counter on every page that increments organically.
• Without/with reveal showing a generic LLM hallucinating vs. RAGböx refusing to fabricate.
• Two-mode toggle on /access between public-pricing and by-request variants.
• Editorial-grade imagery generated via Higgsfield — atmospheric, no people, brand-aligned.
• The umlaut-dot motif used as cursor, divider, list marker, status pulse, and brain node.

What's deferred to Phase 3

• The licensed GT Sectra Display font (production). Currently rendered with DM Serif Display as the locked free analog.
• Vector logo files (SVG/AI). Currently using the high-res PNG.
• Real photography of Dr. Benford, the Marvakin team, and the Toronto company.
• The Toronto case dossier (second flagship case study).
• The /dictionary page (RAGbox-as-verb canonical entry).
• The full multi-step application flow with backend.
• SEO + AI-search-optimized structured data (Phase 4).
• The OS-displacement / file-explorer positioning (post-launch).
